Catalin Safta

Technical Mind

Catalin is a brilliant developer, working in Enterprise IT for 12 years. He is the technical brains of the organization, the engineer behind Tasklight. His focus is on creating useful sophistication through robust principles that require simple, but modern technologies. Tasklight came to life as he gradually developed its core logic in order to face the challenges of digitizing large enterprises in Romania.

His mix of Business & technological understanding and know-how, as well as his empathy for users enable Catalin to create delightful software.

Andrei Negulescu

Business & Marketing Mind

Andrei is a Business-mind and a Coach. He has worked for 6 years in enterprise digitalisation, throughout his BsC in Business & MsC in Marketing & Behavioural Sciences at Rotterdam School of Management, and his BsC in Philosophy at Erasmus School of Philosophy. He empathizes with Business leaders facing the challenges that underpin Organizational Change and wishes to coach people into bringing out their art into the world.

His passion for organizational design, storytelling, and human decision-making equip him to route Tasklight towards scalability & customer delight.

Forged out of Digital Transformation Experience

After 10+ years of working to digitally transform companies using traditional ECM platforms, Catalin started experimenting with new approaches in challenging Digital Organisational Change projects, finding himself limited by the current market offerings.

Creating the Concept

Andrei saw that Catalin's ideas could turn into a product, and envisioned an Enterprise IT system for internal processes which is actually friendly, intuitive, delightful to use and buy.

Implementing the Tasklight portal in 3 large companies

To test the premises, we developed a portal and implemented it in three large Romanian companies using a legacy solution as a back-end.
